Hello- I am Rachelle and have been in Technical Recruiting for the past 9 years plus. I conduct Headhunting Searches, Sourcing and Recruiting for High Level people and companies through my Networking Groups.  I've worked as a Corporate Recruiter in-house with HR and Staffing, usually as a consultant.  Currently working as a Contract Recruiter for Luxtera in Carlsbad, Ca. Recruiting Sr Technical individuals from the Fiber Optics, Optoelectronic, and Semiconductor space.  10G/40G Silicon Photonics.
